Covid-19 Prevention Policy

Due to the current crisis affecting the world right now, we as a company have taken extra measures to limit the spread of coronavirus and comply with UK government guidelines.

The following is a list of the extra measures we are taking to prevent the spread of coronavirus at our place of business:

• Extra preparation area cleaning on a regular basis throughout the day
• Sweets and confectionary is handled by tweezers and/or scoopers. Where these cannot be used, gloves are used but this is kept to a minimum.
• There is no contact between work areas and any one else except for the regular persons who are supposed to be there. 
• Measures put in place if there is a possible outbreak including full sanitisation of workstations and replacement of regular tools and items such as mini tongs, scoopers, pens, paper etc.

In addition to the above, we have replaced our returns process with a temporary procedure. Please see our returns process for a full explanation. To summarise, food items are perishable and as such we will only accept returns if the items are faulty on our behalf. If you need to return an item please contact customerservice@nomnomsweets.com. Please note: this refund policy is only temporary due to the current pandemic. This is to limit the contact at our place of business to the outside world.
