Shipping policy

NomNom Sweets Ltd reserves the right to amend the shipping policy at any time. Shipping is an external factor to NomNom Sweets and therefore we do not have control over the ultimate delivery of any parcels. We will however work with yourself and couriers to resolve any issues that may arise in the unlikely circumstance your parcel is damaged or lost.

Economy Delivery
- Yodel Standard Tracked Delivery - £2.99 (3-5 working days, delivered Monday to Friday all day)
- Yodel FREE Standard Tracked Delivery - FREE (Same as above except no charge when you spend £35 or more)
Express Delivery
- Yodel Priority Tracked Delivery - £3.99 (2-3 working days, delivered Monday to Friday all day)
- DPD Express Tracked Delivery - £5.99 (1-2 working days, delivered Monday to Friday all day)
Next Day Delivery
- DHL Next Day Delivery - £7.99 (Delivered Next Day Mon-Fri all day, when ordered by 2pm the previous working day)
- DHL Next Day 12PM - £8.99 (Delivered Next Day by 12pm Mon-Fri, when ordered by 2pm the previous working day)
- DHL Next Day 10:30AM - £14.99 (Delivered Next Day by 10:30am Mon-Fri, when ordered by 2pm the previous working day)
- DHL Next Day 9AM - £17.99 (Delivered Next Day by 9am Mon-Fri, when ordered by 2pm the previous working day)
SATURDAY Delivery
- DHL Next Day Saturday Only - £11.99 (Delivered on Saturday only all day, when ordered anytime during the week but before Friday 2pm)

- DHL Next Day Delivery - £9.99 (Delivered Next Day Mon-Fri all day, when ordered by 2pm the previous working day)
- DHL Next Day 12PM - £10.99 (Delivered Next Day by 12pm Mon-Fri, when ordered by 2pm the previous working day)
Please note, Scotland includes Scottish Highlands and other remote areas. These areas may incur additional delivery time of 24-48 hours but may be quicker. If the cost of delivery to remote areas is more than expected for whatever reason we have the right to use a different courier or a cheaper delivery type in order to bring the cost more closer to our projected cost. NomNom Sweets LTD reserves the right to not refund for delivery if this is the case and any refund requests for this reason will be refused.

DELIVERY EXAMPLES
- You order on a Monday by 2pm and select YODEL STANDARD DELIVERY - Your items will be sent out the same day and will take 3 to 5 working days from the day it is sent out. Your package can arrive between Thursday the same week and Monday the following week (as weekends are not working days).
- You order on Wednesday after 2pm and select DHL NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Your items will be sent out the following day as it is after the collection time of 2pm. The items will be picked up on Thursday by DHL and delivered any time on Friday.
- You order on Friday after 2pm and select DHL NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Your order will be processed on Monday (Orders are not fulfilled or collected by couriers on weekend). DHL will collect on Monday. They will be delivered on TUESDAY at any time.
- You order on Thursday evening and select DHL NEXT DAY SATURDAY - Your order will be processed on Friday and delivered on Saturday Next Day.
- You order after 2pm on Friday and select DHL NEXT DAY SATURDAY - Your order will be processed on Monday the following week and delivered the following Saturday.
- You order before 2pm on Friday and select DHL NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Your order will be processed the same day and delivered Monday after the weekend. If you need the item for the weekend then you must select DHL NEXT DAY SATURDAY delivery.
- You order on a Saturday or Sunday and select DHL NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Your order is processed on Monday, delivered on Tuesday.
Order Processing Times
We aim to ship all orders the same day when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Please note if you order before 2pm on a Friday with Next Day Delivery, it should arrive on Monday. There are occasions when DHL are able to deliver on Saturday but this isn't guaranteed.
Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
If there is an issue with your order such as out of stock products we will aim to email you as soon as possible with possible solutions. We will wait 24 hours for a response and then ship out your items excluding the affected items.
We ask all customers to allow enough time for delivery during special occasions such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc. Although we may send out orders in good time, all delivery companies/mail carriers are overwhelmed by the amount of deliveries during busy periods as well as due to shortages in staff due to Covid 19.
Liability
The delivery company are liable for your item(s) to arrive in its/their original condition. If there is an issue with a package please let us know on customerservice@nomnomsweets.com and we will do our best to forward this on to the courier for future reference.
As the products being ordered are sweets and confectionary, we will not accept responsibility for chocolate, sweets etc that lose their texture, shape or taste due to the environments that they have been exposed to during delivery.
